  1. Getting Started
    Insert SIM into mobile phone,
    connect to WiFi and download m8 World SIM APP.
  2. Log in
    Login with the mobile number and APP password printed on the SIM card. Then, register your details as required.
  3. Before Departure
    Purchase a subscription plan before departure to the destination country.
  4. Travelling Abroad
    Enable data roaming upon arrival. Login to APP and select the destination country's mobile number of purchased plan.
  5. Coming Home
    Login to APP and select your home country's mobile number.

  • SIM is activated upon registration and is valid for 365 days.
  • Upon successful subscription, APP will then send two chargeable international SMS requesting for new mobile number download.
  • Please ensure that you receive an SMS and email notification after purchasing the subscription plan.
  • Once the subscription plan is purchased, the destination country’s mobile number will appear on the APP.
  • Day passes are activated on the day specified during the purchase process.
  • Only one day pass can be purchased at any given time.
  • Validity of the other subscription plans will commence upon first usage abroad, and expire as per the validity of the plan.
