1. What is Validity Plan?

Validity 1 plan extends your validity by 365 days.
Validity 2 plan extend your validity by 365 days + 1GB data.

2. How much will I be charged?

RM28 for validity 1 plan.
RM38 for validity 2 plan.

3. If I subscribe to the Validity Plan twice, will my validity be extended to two years?

No. The maximum validity for each account is 365 days.

4. How do I subscribe to the Validity Plan?

Please dial *122*6*1*8# for validity 1 plan.
And dial *122*6*1*9# for validity 2 plan.

5. How do I check the validity of my account?

Please dial *126# and refer to the validity date on your main balance.

6. Will I receive notification when my validity is about to expire or expired?

Yes, the standard SMS notifications will be sent before your account expires.
